Balearic Islands :Shipping via MRW, Shipping cost is 11.48 +VAT (13.90 euros). With purchases over 150 euros (vat included) shipping is at the bes of MILYANLASHES EUROPE
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla*: Sent via MRW, Shipping cost is 30o (DUA included). With purchases over 200 euros the shipment is at the cost of MILYANLASHES EUROPE
*Please note and accept that for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the parcel service may charge you a certain additional amount for customs clearance costs. The consignee of the shipments made must cover the customs management costs and/or any other import taxes that may be charged. These additional charges do not come into free shipping.
International shipments: We ship to Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark (not including Greenland), Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, (Not including Azores and Madeira), United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden. The shipping cost depends on the country of destination. The system will charge you the corresponding quantity and be displayed when you enter your country. Shipments to islands in these countries will have an additional cost of 5 euros which the system will automatically increase.
(Peninsular Spain) Once the order is received, if you choose the NACEX transport agency, it will be shipped on the same day if it is made before 16:30 hours, you will receive it the next day by express shipment before 19:00 hours maximum time, you will also have the option to choose NACEX 12:00H so you will receive it before 12:00 hours maximum deadline , if the population is withdrawn a radius of 15kms. it'll be until 1:00.

In the case of shipments passing through customs we cannot guarantee the delivery dates.
Shipments to Internacionales will be delivered within 4 to 7 days depending on the country of delivery.

Right of withdrawal
CHANGES AND RETURNS
If the product we ship to you is defective, or one of its accessories shows signs of factory breakage or damage. you must manage the incident within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting us via our email address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 952003192.
If the change is because the customer does not want the product, the customer must send us the goods taking care of the shipping costs. Once the goods are received, the new product will be shipped assuming the customer the shipping costs that will be paid in cash back. Changes must be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days
