PAYMENT METHODS:

We offer four payment options:

- Secure payment with a PayPal account:

Users must have or create an account on PayPal and link a credit or debit card to their PayPal account. PayPal will transfer the payment to MILYANLASHES EUROPE without disclosing the user's bank details.

- Secure payment with VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, and AMERICAN EXPRESS via the BBVA Bank payment gateway_

This payment method is immediate, convenient, and secure. Upon completing your order, you can make the payment through the Banco Sabadell 3D Secure payment gateway. MILYANLASHES EUROPE will not receive or have access to this information.

- Payment with Bizum:

With Bizum, you can make your online purchases in our store more easily, conveniently, securely, and at no cost. Simply select "Pay with Bizum" on the payment method screen, enter your phone number and Bizum password, and validate the transaction with the code your bank sends to your mobile phone. The money will be securely transferred from your bank account, and your purchase will be confirmed.

Important: For this payment method, you must have your account activated with your bank. Access your bank's app and go to the Bizum section. You'll find your Bizum password in the settings or configuration, or you can create one. More information at https://bizum.es/

- Pay in 3 interest-free installments with Scalapay:

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION - When you buy with Scalapay, you'll receive your order within the stipulated delivery time and pay in the number of installments you've chosen. You agree that the terms may be assigned to Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, its affiliates, and their assignees, and you authorize such assignment.

PRICES:

The sales prices shown on the website are in euros. Our product prices include the corresponding 21% VAT; you will see the total amount of taxes included in the shopping cart. Prices for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are tax-exempt and will be displayed excluding taxes when you enter your delivery address at checkout or when you register as a customer in these cities.

MILYANLASHES EUROPE is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the currency conversion system used, nor for any discrepancies between the estimated total amount of your order in the currency of the shipping country and the invoiced amount in euros.

MILYANLASHES EUROPE reserves the right to change its product prices whenever it deems necessary. However, we are committed to applying the Shipping rates are as shown on the Portal at the time you place your order.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Peninsula: Shipping within the peninsula via NACEX 19:00H is €4.88 + VAT (€5.90), or NACEX 12:00H is €7.44 + VAT (€9.00).

For purchases over €50 (VAT included), shipping is free via NACEX 19:00H.

Balearic Islands: Shipping via MRW. Shipping cost is €13.14 + VAT (€15.90). For purchases over €150 (VAT included), shipping is free via NACEX.

Canary Islands*: Shipping via NACEX MARITIMO. €14 (Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and €17 (Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, El Hierro, La Gomera, and La Palma). Shipping is free for orders over €200, courtesy of MILYANLASHES EUROPE.

Ceuta and Melilla*: Shipped via MRW. Shipping cost is €30. Shipping is free for orders over €200, courtesy of MILYANLASHES EUROPE.

*Please note and accept that for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the courier service may charge an additional fee for customs clearance. The recipient of these shipments is responsible for covering customs handling fees and/or any other import taxes that may apply. These additional costs are not included in free shipping.

International Shipping: We ship to Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark (excluding Greenland), Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira), United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden. Shipping costs depend on the destination country. The system will calculate the corresponding amount, which will be displayed when you select your country. Shipments to islands within these countries will incur an additional charge of €5, which the system will automatically add to the total.

DELIVERY TIME:

Mainland Spain: Once we receive your order, if you choose NACEX 24H shipping, it will be shipped the same day if placed before 4:00 PM. You will receive it the following day via express delivery, by 8:00 PM at the latest. You also have the option of choosing NACEX 12:00 PM, in which case you will receive it by 12:00 PM at the latest. If your address is within a 15km radius, the delivery time will be 1:00 PM.

Please note that there is a possibility of delays due to a high volume of orders at peak times if the order is placed close to the maximum delivery time.

If you place your order after these times, it will not be shipped until the following day.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday; Saturdays and Sundays are not included.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Canary Islands: Delivery to the larger islands will take 3 to 7 business days, and to the smaller islands, 5 to 9 business days.

Delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe due to customs issues or circumstances beyond the company's control.

Ceuta, Melilla, and the Balearic Islands: Delivery will take 48-72 hours if received before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM on a Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe due to customs issues or circumstances beyond the company's control.

International shipments will be delivered within 4 to 8 business days, depending on the destination country.

AVAILABILITY: Please note that orders will be shipped subject to stock availability. If one of the items ordered is out of stock, we will email you to let you know the estimated delivery time.

PACKAGE CONDITION UPON DELIVERY: For the purposes of any claims, you must note any issues with the condition of the merchandise or packaging on the carrier's delivery slip upon receiving your order. MILYANLASHES EUROPE is not responsible for any damage to the merchandise that may occur during transport. Any such damage must be reported within 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be understood that the product has been accepted in good condition.

Right of Withdrawal

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges:

If the product we sent you is defective, or one of its accessories shows signs of factory damage or breakage, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us via email at tienda@milyanlashesonline.es or by calling +34 952 00 31 92.

If the exchange is due to the customer no longer wanting the product, the customer must return the merchandise to us at their own expense. Once we receive the merchandise, we will ship the new product, with the customer responsible for the shipping costs, which will be paid upon delivery. Exchanges must be made within a maximum of 15 calendar days.

If shipping is free and the customer wishes to exchange one product or the entire purchase, they must pay the SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS, the price of which will depend on the weight.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to exchange a product, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Neither the product nor the packaging should be stained, damaged, or altered.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, you may exercise your right of return without penalty, provided the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In this case, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. To receive a refund or replacement, you must return the order in the same condition in which you received it within 15 days of delivery.

If you no longer want the product, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery. All original packaging and materials must be returned, and the merchandise must not have been tampered with or altered, must be in perfect condition, and must include all original protective plastic or packaging. Otherwise, the product will be subject to depreciation. Hygiene products cannot be returned as stipulated in Article 103, "Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, section e): e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery."

To make a return, you must first contact MILYANLASHESONLINE S.L. to request authorization and provide proof of shipment to our warehouse. You must pack and protect the package.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, except for cash on delivery (COD), which will be refunded via bank transfer upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the order was placed with free shipping, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs.

If you need to return a product for the reasons explained above, please contact us quickly and securely by phone or email. via email, providing your order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return. We will confirm the address to which you must send the item. Please package the item securely so that it does not arrive damaged at our warehouse.

If shipping is free and the customer wishes to return part or all of the order, they will be responsible for the SHIPPING AND COLLECTION COSTS, the price of which will depend on the weight.

IMPORTANT: When returning a product, it must be in perfect condition in its original packaging. Neither the product nor the box should be stained, damaged, or altered.

If the return is due to a defective product, the collection costs will be covered by MILYANLASHES EUROPE S.L.
