     - Secure payment with PayPal account

The User must have or create an account on said platform and must assign a credit or debit card to his PayPal account. PayPal will transfer the amount to MILYANLASHES EUROPE without disclosing the User's bank details.

     - Secure payment with VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS by gateway of the Bank "Banco Sabadell"

This form of payment is immediate, convenient and secure. At the end of your order, you can make the payment through the payment gateway with "3D secure" of the Sabadell bank , MILYANLASHES EUROPE will not receive this data or have access to them. 

      - Payment with BIZUM:

With Bizum you can make your online purchases in our store in an easier, more comfortable, safer way and at no cost. You will only have to choose "Pay with BIZUM" on the payment method screen, enter your phone number and Bizum password and validate the operation with the code sent by your bank to your mobile, the money will be transferred securely from your bank account and your purchase will be validated.

     - Bank transfer:

(Only valid in Spain) Payment method available on orders with amounts less than € 300. The management costs of this payment method will be borne by the customer. Being the amount stipulated by the transport company 3% of the value of the purchase, with a minimum of € 2.50).

     - Payment Financed with "Pepper Money":

Payment method available on orders with quantities over € 60 with a minimum fee of € 20. The rate is 9.95% APR. And it can be financed in 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. 

Procedure is 100% online and immediate, the financing process is simple and fast, you only have to indicate basic data, without complications, the validation of the documentation is digital, and you will have at your disposal a customer area.

      - Payment in 3 or 4 installments without interest "SCALAPAY"

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION - Buying with Scalapay you will receive your order within the stipulated delivery period and you will pay in the number of installments that you have established.  PRICES:

The sales prices indicated on the portal are shown in euros. The prices of our products are shown with the corresponding 21% VAT applied, you can see the total taxes included in the shopping cart. The prices for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, being exempt from tax, will appear with the price without taxes at the time of indicating the delivery address at the purchase box or when registering in the online store as a customer of these cities.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Peninsula: Shipping cost within the peninsula through, NACEX 19:00H is 4,88 + VAT (5,90€),   or NACEX 12:00H is 7,44€+IVA(9,00€).

With purchases over € 50 (VAT included) the shipment is borne  by MILYANLASHES EUROPE always with the shipping method NACEX 19:00H.

Balearic Islands: Shipping through MRW, shipping cost is € 13.14 + VAT (€ 15.90). With purchases over € 150 (VAT included) shipping is borne by MILYANLASHES EUROPE

Canary Islands*: It is sent through NACEX MARITIMO, the shipping cost is € 14 (Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and € 17 in the case of (Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, El Hierro, La Gomera and La Palma). With purchases over € 200 shipping is borne by MILYANLASHES EUROPE 

Ceuta and Melilla*: It is sent through MRW, Shipping cost is 30€. With purchases over € 200 shipping is borne by MILYANLASHES EUROPE 

*Please note and accept that for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the parcel service may charge you a certain additional amount for customs clearance costs. The recipient of the shipments made must cover the customs management costs and / or any other import tax that may be charged. Free shipping does not include these additional expenses.

International shipping: We ship to Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark (does not include Greenland), Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, (Does not include Azores and Madeira), United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania,    Sweden.  The shipping cost depends on the destination country. The system will charge you the corresponding amount and it will be displayed when you indicate your country. Shipments to islands of these countries will have an additional cost of € 5 that the system will automatically increase.

DELIVERY TIME:

Mainland Spain: Once the order is received, if you choose the transport agency NACEX 24H, it will be sent on the same day if it is done before 4:00 p.m., you will receive it the next day by urgent shipping before 8:00 p.m. maximum term, you will also have the option to choose NACEX 12:00H with which you will receive it before 12:00 p.m. maximum term, In case of retired population a radius of 15kms. It will be until 13:00.

To take into account that there is the possibility of delay due to high number of orders at specific times if the order is placed close to the maximum time.

If you place the order after these hours, it will not be shipped until the next day.

Always from Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays will not be counted.

If the order is placed after 4:00 p.m., a Friday will not be prepared until the following Monday.

Canary Islands: in the Greater Islands the shipment will be delivered from 3 to 7 working days and from 5 to 9 days in the Minor Islands.

Delivery may be delayed over the deadline due to customs issues or causes beyond the company's control.

Ceuta and Melilla and Balearic Islands : the shipment will be delivered in 48/72 hours if it is received before 12:00h, in case of being made after that time, it will count from the next day.

If the order is placed after 12:00 noon on a Friday, it will not be prepared until Monday.

Delivery may be delayed over the deadline due to customs issues or causes beyond the company's control.

Shipments to International will be delivered within 4 to 8 days depending on the country of delivery.

AVAILABILITY:
It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. If one of the items ordered is not in stock, we promise to send you an email to inform you of the deadline in which we can send you your product (s).

PACKAGE STATUS ON DELIVERY: For the purposes of possible claims, you must state on the delivery note of the carrier any incident that may exist in the state of the goods or packaging upon receipt of your order.MILYANLASHES EUROPE is not responsible for the deterioration of the goods that may occur during transport.  The case should be communicated within a maximum period of 24 hours. Otherwise it will be understood that the product has been accepted conforming.

Changes

If the product we send you is defective, or one of its accessories shows signs of factory breakage or damage. You must manage the incident within 48 hours of receiving the order, contacting through our email address tienda@milyanlashesonline.es or calling the 952003192. 

If the change is because the customer does not want the product, the customer must send us the merchandise taking care of the shipping costs. Once the merchandise is received, the shipment of the new product will be made, assuming the customer the shipping costs that will be paid by cash on delivery. Changes must be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days

If the shipping is free and the customer wants to make the change of 1 product or the entire purchase, he must pay the SHIPPING AND COLLECTION COSTS where the price will depend on the weight.

IMPORTANT In case of changing a product, it must be in perfect condition in its corresponding box. Neither the product nor the box must have been stained, damaged or modified.

Returns

If upon receipt of your order you are not satisfied, you can execute the right of return, without penalty of any kind, as long as the product to be returned is defective, is in poor condition or is wrong with respect to the one you requested, in this case we will proceed to solve this problem as soon as possible, so that to receive the refund or replacement of the products you must return the order in the same conditions that you received it and within 15 days of delivery.

If the product does not want it, you will have to claim it within 15 days of delivery and it will be necessary to return all the source material and that the merchandise has not been manipulated or altered, that it is in perfect condition and with all its protective plastics or original packaging, since otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation. The return of hygiene products as stipulated in "Article 103. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, subparagraph (e): (e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

To make the return, you must previously contact MILYANLASHESONLINE S.L to request authorization and record your shipment to our warehouse. You will need to pack and protect the package.

The refund of the amount will be effective in the same payment method in which it was made except for the "Cash on delivery" method that will be paid via bank transfer, at the time we receive the merchandise which will be sent to us by the customer assuming the collection costs. If the order was placed with Free shipping, the customer must assume the shipping and collection costs.

In the event that you have to return a product for the reasons explained above, you must contact us quickly and safely, by phone call or via e-mail providing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for which the return is made. We will confirm the address to which you will have to send the item in question.    Please pack the item securely so that it does not arrive damaged in our warehouses.

If the shipping is free and the customer wants to return part or all of the order, he must pay the SHIPPING AND COLLECTION COSTS where the price will depend on the weight.

IMPORTANT, In case of returning a product, it must be in perfect condition in its corresponding box. Neither the product nor the box must have been stained, damaged or modified.

If the return is due to a defective product, the collection costs will be borne by MILYANLASHES EUROPE S.L.
